“A quick overview of the AI field. High-quality, expert delivery.”
What Participants Say About Our AI Courses and Workshops
“understanding how to write and describe prompts so that data is processed optimally”
“Interesting.”
“A lovely introduction to AI, with practical examples too.”
“You will finally have time for the things that really add value to your work. You save that time by no longer preparing routine, boring tasks and reports.”
“The course walks you through how AI came about, gives you a simplified explanation of the principle it works on, and you learn to communicate with it so that you get the output you want in a short (or shorter) time. You will realise that AI can make a wide range of activities easier - things you normally do automatically without thinking about them.”
Reviews are collected in Czech from course participants and translated into English.
Who Is the Training For?
Who is the training for? Training with a workshop is always designed to be useful for every participant. If you are a company looking for AI training for business, we will tailor the hands-on part to the needs of your particular field. If you are a forward-looking mayor who wants to improve services for the residents of your town or village and you are looking for ways to use AI in public administration, we have dozens of demonstrations and practical examples from exactly that area. Do you need to train colleagues, students or teachers? The hands-on part is always adapted to the target group.
In addition, since August 2024 companies working with artificial intelligence have had to demonstrate the AI literacy of their staff. Our training meets this requirement, and once you complete it you receive a certificate as proof for any inspection.
The introductory part – explaining what AI is and why it works the way it does – is the same for everyone. AI does not care whether the question comes from a company owner, an accountant, a marketer, a site manager, a civil servant, a politician or a teacher.
And why do we teach the theory as well as the practice? Because after our training you will not only know how to work with AI – above all you will know WHY and HOW.
“Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime.”
You will not leave our training with a fish – you will leave with the knowledge and the ability to use AI in everyday life.

Sample Training Schedule
Introduction to artificial intelligence
What AI is, how it works and what it will be good for. This part gives a basic overview of what artificial intelligence is, how it works and how it affects individual activities. It focuses on explaining the key concepts and helps participants understand how they can use AI to increase efficiency and make better decisions.
Machine learning, generative AI, neural networks
How machines learn and how new content is created – without complicated maths. This area focuses on the key AI technologies, including machine learning, which lets systems learn from data and improve their outputs. Generative AI is the ability to create new content, whether text, images or music. Neural networks are simulations of the human brain in a digital environment that make advanced analysis and the modelling of complex problems possible.
Vectorisation made simple
How AI “understands” text and images, explained clearly.Vectorisation is a key concept in AI, especially in text and image processing, where data is converted into mathematical vectors for more efficient analysis. In this part participants get to know the principles of vectorisation and its applications across industries. The aim is to show how a company can work better with its data using this concept.
What are GPT and language models?
How the language model behind AI works and how to plug it into company processes.GPT (Generative Pre-trained Transformer) is an advanced natural language processing model that can generate human-like text. In this part participants learn how GPT works, how it can be used to improve communication and how to embed it in company processes. Real examples of GPT in various scenarios are also shown.
Knowledge check (online quiz)
A short quiz to check what you have learned from the theoretical part of the course. This stage checks participants’ knowledge through an online quiz, which requires an internet connection and a mobile device, tablet or PC. The quiz is designed so that participants can assess how well they have grasped the key AI concepts and their application. The results can serve as a basis for further personalised training.
Fitting AI into your work or project
Exactly where AI will save you time in your own job. This part focuses on the practical steps for integrating AI into existing workflows or company projects. Participants learn how to identify the areas where AI brings the greatest added value and how to set up the implementation process correctly. Successful real-world use cases are also presented.
A tour of useful programs for working with text
Tools that write, summarise and edit text for you.Companies are shown various AI-based tools and programs that make working with text more efficient. These can include automated transcription, content generation, text analysis or document summarisation. Participants try out in practice how such tools improve efficiency when working with text data.
A tour of useful programs for working with audio
Transcribing recordings, speech recognition and other helpers. The training also covers tools that make it possible to analyse and process audio using AI. These programs can include automated transcription of recordings, sentiment analysis of voice data or speech recognition. Companies find out how they can use audio data for better customer service or internal communication.
A tour of useful programs for images, photos and video
How to get more out of photos and video thanks to AI.This part presents programs that use AI to analyse and edit visual material. Participants can try tools for photo editing, automatic video generation, object recognition in images or visual data analysis. It shows how these technologies can be used in marketing, e-commerce and other fields.
Text models and working with text
Hands-on work with ChatGPT when creating and analysing texts.Text models such as ChatGPT are used to generate and analyse text. In this part participants learn how to work with text models and how to use them, for example to create content, automatically analyse large volumes of data or process customer feedback. Practical demonstrations help them understand how text models work and how to get the most out of them.
ChatGPT: context, tokens, hallucinations
Why AI sometimes “lies” and how to get reliable answers out of it.This block focuses on the specifics of ChatGPT: how to handle the context of a conversation, what the limits of working with tokens (units of text) are, and how to avoid so-called “hallucinations”, where AI provides incorrect or invented information. Participants learn how best to use ChatGPT to obtain accurate and relevant outputs.
ChatGPT: basic setup
We will get you going from scratch – including creating an account. In this part participants learn the basic ChatGPT settings so that they can use the tool to the full in a range of scenarios. This covers creating an account, an overview of the features and personalisation options. The training also includes help with creating accounts for those who do not have one yet.
ChatGPT: the basics of prompting
How to ask so that you get exactly what you need. This part of the training focuses on techniques for asking effectively – prompting – when working with ChatGPT. Participants learn how to phrase questions so that the AI gives the best and most accurate answers. Good prompting is the key to optimising outputs and getting relevant results.
ChatGPT: custom assistants (CustomGPT) in action
How tailor-made AI helpers work. This part introduces the options for building your own assistants with ChatGPT, known as CustomGPTs. Companies learn how to design tailor-made assistants that can automate a range of tasks and processes, for example in customer support, project management or data processing.
ChatGPT: examples of work and use
Concrete examples from everyday practice.Participants get real examples of how ChatGPT can be used in practice, including specific applications and scenarios. They learn how to integrate AI into everyday work, for example when writing e-mails, generating reports or evaluating customer data. This part offers practical tips and tricks for getting the most out of ChatGPT.
ChatGPT: prompting techniques
How to ask and get the best answers, plus advanced tricks for even better results. This part focuses on advanced prompting techniques that get the best possible answers out of the AI. Participants find out how to structure their questions so that they are precise and to the point, and which types of prompt lead to better results. This block develops the skill of effective questioning in a variety of contexts.
ChatGPT: building your own assistants
Build an assistant that works for you.Advanced users learn in this part how to create and personalise their own AI assistants. This area requires a paid ChatGPT account, which gives access to advanced features and tools for building specific tailor-made solutions. Participants try out how to set up an assistant able to carry out particular tasks according to a company’s needs.
Workshop
Live hands-on practice where you try everything out.The workshop provides hands-on training in an environment where participants can try out the knowledge and skills they have gained on real scenarios. It also includes space for individual questions and for solving specific company problems with the trainer’s help. Participants can work on their own projects and implement what they have learned straight away.
We will teach you all of this – clearly, practically and at a pace that suits you.
