“The course walks you through how AI came about, gives you a simplified explanation of the principle it works on, and you learn to communicate with it so that you get the output you want in a short (or shorter) time. You will realise that AI can make a wide range of activities easier - things you normally do automatically without thinking about them.”

Take Advantage of Subsidised Corporate AI Training

Who Is the Training For?

Who is the training for? Subsidised corporate training is always designed to be useful for every participant. We will tailor the hands-on part to the needs of your particular field. Do you want to train your own employees? The hands-on part is always adapted to the target group.

In addition, since August 2024 companies working with artificial intelligence have had to demonstrate the AI literacy of their staff. Our training meets this requirement, and once you complete it you receive a certificate as proof for any inspection.

The introductory part – explaining what AI is and why it works the way it does – is the same for everyone. AI does not care whether the question comes from a company owner, an accountant, a marketer, a site manager, an HR specialist, a director or a programmer.

And why do we teach the theory as well as the practice? Because after our training you will not only know how to work with AI – above all you will know WHY and HOW.

“Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime.”

You will not leave our training with a fish – you will leave with the knowledge and the ability to use AI in everyday life.

Subsidised AI training for your employees – up to 47 819 Kč per person

The state currently reimburses companies for training their employees in IT skills – and artificial intelligence training falls into that category. A new subsidy programme open to companies throughout the Czech Republic contributes 478.19 CZK per person-hour of training, up to a maximum of 47,819 CZK per employee. The subsidy covers both the training activity itself and the wage compensation for the time an employee spends in class. Applications can be submitted until 31. 8. 2028.

We provide this training. We meet the conditions the call places on training providers – our training activity is entered in the public registers, the teaching is led by a qualified trainer with many years of demonstrable experience, and we will confirm in writing that we can deliver the training activity under the terms and requirements of the subsidy call, which is the basis for the mandatory transparent supplier selection on your side.

What the programme supports

The programme supports training in IT skills beyond the basics – that is, developing transferable digital competences and skills in operating, creating or administering software and IT systems. Our training in working with generative AI, prompting and AI tools and in integrating them into company processes meets this definition. An added bonus: graduates receive a certificate with which you can demonstrate your employees’ AI literacy as required by the AI Act.

The conditions you as an employer must meet

Small, medium-sized and large companies from all over the Czech Republic can take part. You can train employees with an employment contract (a workload of at least 10 hours a week), whose employment will continue for at least 3 months after the end of the training activity. People working under agreements outside employment (DPP and DPČ) cannot be supported.

The minimum length of a training activity is 50 hours. The maximum is 80 hours for people under 50 (support of up to 38,255.20 CZK per person) and 100 hours for people over 50 (support of up to 47,819 CZK per person). Every participant must complete at least 80% of the course. In any one calendar month, training may take up at most 70% of the agreed monthly working time of the participant – the course is therefore typically spread over several months. Teaching can be delivered in person or online. The subsidy is paid out after the training activity ends, based on how it actually ran.

The programme also requires you to run a transparent supplier selection under the terms of the call – we will help you with the tender documents.

Example: what the subsidy covers

80 hours of AI training for 15 employees, where the applicant uses both the contribution towards the training activity and the wage compensation:

80 × 15 × 478.19 CZK =
573 828 Kč

Course price and minimum group size

We have set our prices so that the unit rate of the subsidy covers them in full – the course fee never exceeds the support you receive per participant. The minimum group size is 10 participants, and with larger groups the price per person falls, so it pays to send more people at once. The maximum group size is 15.

What it will cost you: model examples

In every case the course fee is lower than the maximum subsidy – so your cost for the training itself is 0 Kč. The bigger the group, the more of the subsidy rate is left over.

Sample schedule: 50 hours over three months

We spread the course over three months, with two teaching days a month plus a short online closing session. For a full-time employee, 16 hours of teaching a month is only about 10% of working time, so the 70% limit is met with plenty to spare and you do not lose employees for long continuous blocks.

First month
Day 18 hours · in person

Module 1 – introduction to AI, and the first half of Module 2 – machine learning and neural networks.

Day 28 hours · roughly 14 days later

Finishing Module 2 – generative AI and vectorisation – and all of Module 3 – ChatGPT and the basics of working with language models.

Second month
Day 38 hours

Module 4 – prompting from the basics to advanced techniques, a full day of practical exercises.

Day 48 hours

Module 5 – AI tools for text, audio and images, working on participants’ own data.

Third month
Day 58 hours

Module 6 – custom AI assistants and automation – and an introduction to Module 7.

Day 68 hours

Finishing Module 7 – embedding AI in company processes, security and the AI Act – and the first part of the final workshop.

Closing session
Online2 hours

The second part of Module 8 – presentations of participants’ own projects, the final test and handing over the certificates.

Total 6 × 8 + 2 = 50 hours. A rhythm of two days a month gives participants room to try the techniques out in practice between the blocks and to come back with their own questions. It also helps to meet the compulsory attendance requirement – anyone who misses one day still has 84 %.

What you will need

For the quiz, an internet connection and a phone, tablet or PC. For the hands-on work, your own ChatGPT account – we will set one up on the spot for anyone who does not have one. Building your own assistants requires a paid ChatGPT account. If you do not have your own premises, a projector or laptops for participants, we can arrange them by agreement.

  • A participant must complete at least 80% of the course.
  • Training can be delivered in person or online.
  • Within a single calendar month, training may take up at most 70% of the participant’s agreed monthly working time.
  • The subsidy is paid out after the training activity ends, based on how it actually ran.
  • The subsidy programme also requires a transparent selection of the supplier – invite us into your tender.

The prices quoted for the training exclude VAT.

When you get the money back

It is important to note that the subsidy is paid retrospectively (ex post), so a company must have enough funds to pre-finance the training. Even so, it is an excellent opportunity to cut the cost of artificial intelligence training significantly and strengthen your company’s competitiveness.

Payment terms: 30% before the start of the training, 70% after completion. You then submit proof of payment to the subsidy authority and the subsidy is reimbursed to you.
